We believe that every product needs to discover its owner, therefore, our clothes are made just for you only and only after being pre-ordered.
It can take up to 10 days (usually much sooner) for the product to be made and dispatched. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to receive your desired clothing faster.
The order shall be considered submitted only upon receipt of full payment for the ordered goods.
You shall be constantly informed about the status of your order.

Most goods shall be shipped within 2 business days of production (which takes up to 10 days).
Once your goods have been shipped, we shall send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. When ordering, be sure to provide your telephone number and check the address – we will not be able to correct this data after sending the goods.

For orders amounting to over 200€, we apply free shipping worldwide.

If the postal company was unable to deliver the goods to you and it returned the goods back to us, we will deduct the shipping fee (including customs duties if sent outside the EU) upon receipt of the goods and refund the balance to you.

FEES / DUTIES & TAXES

All orders from the European Union shall be automatically subject to VAT.
Deliveries outside the EU shall be sent under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and may be subject to VAT, import duties and other taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will have to pay all import duties and taxes directly to the carrier in order to release the order from customs. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order.
If the buyer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer shall assume full liability for all costs of the process. Customs, shipping, courier and other taxes are non-refundable and shall be deducted from the total refund upon return, therefore we would like to once again ask you to inquire about the tax import obligations applicable in your country.
